Low-calorie Artichokes

Ingredients:

  • 2 artichokes, cooked
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed oregano
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Preparation: Place all ingredients, except oil, in large measuring cup. Bring to a boil. Add oil, blend and pour over cooked artichokes. Refrigerate and serve cold.
