Low-calorie Artichokes
Ingredients:
- 2 artichokes, cooked
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed basil
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed oregano
- 2 tablespoons oil
Preparation: Place all ingredients, except oil, in large measuring cup. Bring to a boil.
Add oil, blend and pour over cooked artichokes. Refrigerate and serve cold. |
