Artichokes Stuffed with Crab

Ingredients:

  • 1 artichoke, cooked
  • 3 ounces fresh or frozen crab meat, flaked
  • 1/4 cup celery, cut fine
  • French dressing, as needed

Preparation: After cooking, remove artichoke from water and turn artichoke upside down to drain well. Remove fuzzy center with a spoon. Open petals out to form a cup. Combine crab meat, celery and just enough French dressing to moisten. Fill artichoke with mixture.
