Artichokes Stuffed with Crab
Ingredients:
- 1 artichoke, cooked
- 3 ounces fresh or frozen crab meat, flaked
- 1/4 cup celery, cut fine
- French dressing, as needed
Preparation: After cooking, remove artichoke from water and turn artichoke upside down to
drain well. Remove fuzzy center with a spoon. Open petals out to form a cup. Combine crab meat,
celery and just enough French dressing to moisten. Fill artichoke with mixture. |
