
Artichokes with Garlic Dip
Ingredients:
1 cup plain low fat yogurt 1 tbspn EACH chopped parsley and chives 2 teaspoons chili sauce 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 4 medium California artichokes, cooked
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except artichokes; blend well. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with cooked artichokes.
